A stunning room with a view
Waking up to the stunning architecture outside was simply delightful! The staff were genuinely nice, and my bed felt tailored just for me.
However, the customer service at the front desk missed the mark when I needed help with an extension. I felt overlooked, which dampened my experience a bit.
